This is the exquisite Unica 1658 chocolate. Based on Gianfranco Buonamico's original recipe from 1658 and now produced in Malta by Chocolat.

Ingredients: Darck chocoalate 80%, biscuits,  unsalted butter, orange essence flavour, and mixed spices, maizipan and cherries.
